Job Title: Lead Fashion Designer Company: XIth Hour Location: Remote (Travel for manufacturer visits required) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (pre-launch; growth and revision post-launch) Industry: Fashion & Apparel / Streetwear / Luxury About XIth Hour: XIth Hour is a new-age fashion label redefining streetwear through the lens of high fashion, art, and raw emotion. As we prepare to launch, we're seeking a visionary Lead Fashion Designer who is ready to grow with us — both as a creative and as a potential long-term partner. What We’re Looking For: A designer who sees clothing as more than fabric — someone who designs with meaning, crafts with precision, and leads with vision. You understand the power of storytelling through garments and thrive in a startup environment filled with autonomy, experimentation, and potential. Creative Assignment (Mandatory for Consideration): To be considered for this role, please submit a 3-piece mini collection based on the following themes in next 3 days: Hope Urgency Midnight These three pieces should be visually and conceptually cohesive , showcasing your ability to channel emotion and narrative into luxury design.
