About The Role:

Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive high-impact technical projects from design to delivery with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead by example through hands-on coding, design reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
• Set and uphold engineering best practices around code quality, testing, and documentation. Participate in and influence strategic planning, bringing strong technical insights and innovation.
• Champion a strong engineering culture rooted in accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding new engineers to expand the team with top-tier talent.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and tools to keep SuperAGI’s tech stack modern and efficient.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years

  of overall software development experience with a track record of leading engineering teams and projects.
• At least

  2-3 years of leadership experience

  , including mentoring or managing engineers.
• Proven expertise in

  data structures, algorithms, and system design

  .
• Experience with

  distributed systems

  and applications handling large volumes of data.
• 3-4 years experience of working with highly scalable applications and micro services.
• Strong coding proficiency in

  Python

• Good experience working with AWS/GCP/AZURE and kubernetes
• Solid understanding of
