Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring efficiency and quality in production. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as design, production, and quality teams), create manufacturing work instructions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives, among other responsibilities.You’ll specifically take care of line balancing and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, but also ensure compliance with Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics.We’ll look to you for:
- Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Creating and maintaining manufacturing work instructions
- Implementing line balancing and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Managing Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Utilizing CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) for process design
- Ensuring adherence to Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
- Conducting Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies
All About You

- Education: B.E/B.Tech related to manufacturing (Mandatory)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering, preferably in the railway or auto industry
- Experience in Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up
- Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
- Proficiency in Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (read, written, spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies
