Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Platform Engineering Lead

with strong software development expertise and a deep understanding of networking technologies. This is a

hands-on technical role

within a cross-functional team, responsible for contributing to software development, supporting infrastructure engineering initiatives, and improving enterprise technology platforms. The role will also involve building and maintaining

network automation systems

, enabling scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to infrastructure engineering projects, ensuring delivery across the full lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment).
Design, implement, and manage networking automation infrastructure in collaboration with IT Infrastructure teams.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve platform performance, reliability, and security.
Resolve application and data issues in production within defined timelines.
Develop, support, and maintain automations to improve the efficiency of network engineers.
Provide tier 2/3 operational support for infrastructure systems to enhance configurability, observability, supportability, and reliability.
Redesign and upgrade existing infrastructure to improve scalability, performance, and stability.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of software development experience, ideally with a focus on networking or infrastructure automation.
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and maintenance practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.
Prior experience in designing and implementing reliable and secure network automation systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills with Linux diagnostic tools.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including the TCP/IP stack.
Demonstrated job stability (minimum 2 years in a single organization).
