Lead and mentor the DevOps team in designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support smooth deployments.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
Implement secure secret and credential management with HashiCorp Vault.
Monitor system health and ensure high availability using Dynatrace and Splunk.
Define best practices for infrastructure automation with Terraform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers) to enable seamless delivery.
Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure AKS.
Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Practical knowledge of HashiCorp Vault for secret management.
Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and logging.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
