React Developers About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated React Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, and a solid understanding of component-driven architecture. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable React components for the Portal Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to define requirements and deliver features Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage state with Redux Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility Write clean, reusable, and testable code Debug, test, and optimize performance of frontend applications Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of professional experience with React.js Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript Hands-on experience with Redux (or equivalent state management libraries) Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication flows, and error handling Experience with form-heavy UIs and conditional logic workflows Knowledge of testing tools like Jest , React Testing Library , or similar Comfortable with Git, code versioning, and collaborative development Understanding of accessibility and security best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience working on enterprise dashboards Familiarity with MUI (Material-UI) and React components like DatePicker Background in managing workflows , forms , or document upload components Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar Familiarity with CI/CD processes and performance profiling Why Join Us?
