LEAD - DELIVERY QUALITY

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our delivery quality team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., playing a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

• Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service quality.
• Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery to ensure minimal impact on patient care.

• Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices, including ISO standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
