Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to lead our delivery quality team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., with 13 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, improving overall process efficiency.

Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team suggestions and feedback.

Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality enhancements and implement changes accordingly.

Job

Proven experience in leading quality control teams or similar roles, preferably in IT enabled services or BPO.

Strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO standards and Six Sigma methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Experience with quality management tools and technologies, such as CRM software.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve quality issues.
