Job Title: Lead - Delivery Quality Department: Delivery Quality Job Description: As the Lead - Delivery Quality at Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to actively participate in client calls to comprehend the quality requirements from both a process perspective and target achievement. You will collaborate with the operations manager and Team Manager to devise and implement methods to meet quality targets effectively. Identifying errors with high inspection efficiency and providing detailed feedback, either face to face or via email, on a daily basis following the established protocol will be crucial aspects of your role. Ensuring the timely correction of errors by the respective Operations associates and coaching employees to minimize errors and enhance overall performance will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to provide valuable inputs to the training team based on common mistakes observed to enhance the training curriculum. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing files/batches for new clients/processes to facilitate familiarization, generating daily QA reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external SLAs as per the defined processes. Meeting and exceeding key metrics such as inspection efficiency score, calibration score, knowledge and skills score, inspection productivity rate, and other relevant metrics will be essential for success in this role. Recording identified errors systematically to maintain organizational records for future reference and improvement purposes is also part of the job scope. Job Specification: The ideal candidate should be a graduate (Bachelors or Masters) with a minimum of 6 years of professional and relevant experience in US healthcare (RCM) within service lines such as Coding (IPDRG), AR, or Billing. Experience in Client and Stakeholder Management, as well as Team Management, is a prerequisite. A good understanding of quality matrices and quality tools will be highly beneficial for this role.
