Your role will involve ensuring efficient HR operations, maintaining employee records, and providing support to employees and management throughout the employee lifecycle Employee Data Management: Assist employees with updating personal information, such as contact details, emergency contacts, and bank information. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases. Final Payroll and Benefits: Process final payroll and ensure all outstanding payments are made. Assist departing employees with questions regarding their final paycheck and benefits. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements for severance and other exit-related matters. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases. Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission of payroll information. Off-boarding: Manage the off-boarding process, including exit interviews and the collection of company property. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for departing employees. Provide support in resolving payroll-related issues and ensure timely communication with the payroll team. Benefits Administration & Support: Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits-related paperwork. Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Assist employees in filing medical insurance claims and provide guidance on the claims process. Follow up with insurance providers to ensure claims are processed efficiently. Maintain records of claims and benefits utilization. Address employee inquiries related to medical insurance coverage, claims, and benefits.
