Job Description

We are looking at hiring a Lead Business Analyst to join our Life Science and Healthcare Team in Bangalore. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our organization's time tracking and efficiency tracking systems. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. About You Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, particularly in time tracking and efficiency tracking, reporting, using Excel, Power BI and Data Visualization tools etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Project management experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analysis. Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Project management skills and superior Microsoft Office skills Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends Strong initiative, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership when driving assigned projects to completion It would be great if you also had . . . Prior experience in Consulting, strategy or FP&A Salesforce exposure is good to have Willingness to learn SQL, proficiency a plus. Tableau is good to have What will you be doing in this role? Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define strategies, prioritize business requirements, and conduct feasibility studies Examine existing systems for efficiency, document areas for enhancement, and develop detailed reports Evaluate existing time tracking and efficiency tracking systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design and implement strategies to optimize time tracking and efficiency tracking processes. Create detailed reports and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Excel to communicate findings and recommendations. Coordinate the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, recommendations, and system changes.
