Lead Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for independently providing quality work products to an engagement and implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. You will need to perform varied and complex duties with independent judgment, applying Oracle methodology and company procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. You may lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Additionally, you may act as a team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop the skills of team members. Your role will involve effective consultation with management of customer organizations, participation in business development activities, and development and leadership of detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Key Responsibilities: - Good communication skills and exposure to Banking Domain projects - Excellent experience in FLEXCUBE - Familiarity with key aspects of Implementation Cycle such as PWT, UAT, Migration for effective communication with customers on a daily basis - Ability to write solution documents, prepare and execute test cases independently - Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel - Strong presentation and client-facing skills - Functional knowledge of banking systems - Experience in the development and implementation of Interfaces, Batch operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution encountered in Testing cycles - Strong problem-solving skills - Good team handling skills Qualifications Required: - Career Level: IC3 About Us: Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, utilizes cutting-edge technology to address current challenges.
