Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Business Analyst with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Photon Interactive Pvt Ltd, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to extract valuable insights that inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and procedures.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience with data analysis tools and technologies is an asset.
