Role Overview

Lead B2B Saas Sales

Key Responsibilities

 B2B SaaS Sales Ownership:

Lead and manage the entire SaaS-based B2B sales cycle—prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.

 Client Acquisition & Outreach:

Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts, events, and digital channels targeting finance heads, CXOs, and admin heads of mid to large enterprises.

 Strategic Partnerships:

Build and nurture partnerships with financial institutions, corporate clients, and ecosystem players relevant to Haeywa's mission.

 Regulatory Support:

Collaborate with leadership to acquire necessary fintech licenses (e.g., PPI) and stay informed on compliance and regulatory frameworks.

  Performance Marketing Strategy:

Choose and manage the right set of performance marketing tools and platforms to execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns efficiently. Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B-focused platforms to generate qualified leads with measurable ROI.

 Agency & Vendor Management:

Work closely with external performance marketing agencies and freelancers to execute campaigns and optimize CAC and ROAS.

 Campaign Optimization & Reporting:

Monitor key KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and continuously optimize • campaigns for better performance.

 Creative Coordination:

Work with internal designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets.

 Social Media Oversight: Manage haeywa’s brand presence across social platforms with a consistent, professional voice targeting decision-makers.

 Market Research : Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and fintech/SaaS innovations to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the fintech domain.

• Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and managing long sales cycles.

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, with the ability to run or oversee paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Familiarity with key martech and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, ad managers).

• Strong understanding of fintech compliance/licensing (e.g., PPI, NBFC) is a big plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and persuasion skills.

• Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable decisions.

• Comfortable working in a startup environment, taking ownership, and wearing multiple hats.
