Job Role: Lead – Admission Counselor Location: PW Gurukulam School, Gurugram and Varanasi Work Mode: On-Site Working Hours: Regular School Timings Experience: 5–9 years Industry: Education 🔍 About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven leader to head our admissions counseling team. As a Lead – Admission Counselor , you will be responsible not just for individual counseling, but for strategizing, managing, and enhancing the entire admissions process. This role is central to team performance, data accuracy, and revenue generation through effective enrollment strategies. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🚀 Leadership & Strategy Drive the overall strategy for student admissions in alignment with school goals. Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the admissions team. Conduct performance reviews, goal-setting, and mentoring for counselors. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to boost team efficiency. 📊 Data & Reporting Own and manage all admission-related data—track leads, conversions, and targets using Google Sheets/Excel/CRM tools. Analyze trends to make data-informed decisions and forecast admission pipelines. Prepare and present detailed reports to management for performance and revenue tracking. 🤝 Team Management Supervise a team of counselors—monitoring call quality, productivity, and documentation. Conduct training sessions for junior counselors on communication, follow-ups, objection handling, and system usage. Resolve team-level escalations and ensure timely follow-ups with leads. 🧭 Operational Excellence Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for a seamless admission journey. Organize and lead info sessions, open houses, and school tours as needed. Maintain a high standard of customer service and parent/student satisfaction. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 5–9 years of experience in academic counseling, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Experience in EdTech or K–12 school admissions is highly preferred Strong command over data tools—Google Sheets, Excel, CRM platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
