We are looking for a skilled Land Acquisition & Liaison Manager to manage the end-to-end process of acquiring new land parcels and maintaining compliance and relations for existing sites. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in land transactions, government liaisoning, and handling legal and regulatory aspects related to industrial and warehousing properties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Land Acquisition: Identify and evaluate land parcels based on operational needs. Conduct due diligence on land titles, land use, and local regulations. Negotiate and finalize land deals including purchase, lease, and joint-use agreements. Coordinate with legal teams for document verification and registration processes. 2. Liaisoning for Existing Properties: Manage ongoing liaison activities with government departments (e.g., municipal, revenue, industrial development authorities). Ensure all statutory compliance, renewals, and clearances (property tax, mutation, land use conversion, etc.). Handle property disputes, encroachment issues, or community/resident-related matters. 3. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain updated records for all owned/leased properties, including agreements, NOCs, taxes paid, and approval letters. Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and other regulatory documents. 4. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams for land handovers, audits, or site-specific issues. Support audits or inspections related to land and property documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Law, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field ; Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. 7–12 years of experience in land acquisition and liaison , especially in warehousing, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. Key Skills: Strong negotiation and documentation handling skills Solid understanding of real estate laws , revenue procedures, and regulatory frameworks Excellent liaison capabilities with government and local bodies Proficiency in English and regional language(s) Ability to travel frequently and work across multiple locations
