Hiring: Head of Business Development Luxury Real Estate Developers

Location:

Desired Candidate

Minimum
18+ years
of experience in Real Estate. •
Age limit: Up to 50 years.
• Strong expertise in
land acquisition
and end-to-end negotiations. • Hands-on exposure to
JDV/JDA
and deal structuring. • Proven track record in
Mumbai / Bangalore
real estate markets. • Excellent leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate & acquire land parcels for luxury residential and mixed-use developments. • Lead negotiations for outright purchases,
JDV/JDA
, revenue-share models, and partnerships. • Conduct feasibility studies, FSI evaluation, micro-market analysis & profitability assessment. • Coordinate due diligence with legal, finance, liaison, and technical teams. • Build strong relationships with landowners, brokers, IPCs, and government bodies. • Prepare & present acquisition proposals, financial models, and business cases to management. • Oversee documentation, timelines, approvals & closure of land transactions. • Contribute to long-term land acquisition strategy for Mumbai & Bangalore growth.
