Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Management

  • Oversee and manage strategic accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop long-term account plans, including revenue forecasts and growth strategies.
  • Act as the primary escalation and decision-making point for major clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with key customers.

2. Business Development & Growth Strategy

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Build a strong opportunity pipeline through market mapping, competitor analysis, and networking.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive expansion into new verticals or industry segments relevant to electronics manufacturing.

3. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the Key Accounts and Sales/BD teams.
  • Work closely with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with decision-makers at client organizations.Identify client challenges and collaborate internally to provide technical and commercial solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to service-level agreements and quality standards.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly business performance dashboards.
  • Track revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Present market insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E. in

    Electronics

  • Proven experience in

    electronics manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production cycles, and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving large-scale business wins.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Preferred Attributes

  • MBA in Marketing/Business Management (added advantage).
  • Experience working with OEMs, multinational clients, or industrial B2B accounts.
  • Ability to manage complex, long sales cycles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
