Job Description

We are looking for a Compensation Manager who will be reporting to CPO (Chief People Officer) and should take care of Payroll/Compensation/ESIC/PF and should have operations knowledge. Job description Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure fair compensation practices. Manage compensation benchmarking, competency mapping, and total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. Develop and implement flexible benefits plans that cater to diverse employee needs. Oversee benefits administration processes, including enrollment, claims processing, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective talent management strategies that align with business objectives. Should have knowledge of operations Should be flexible enough to travel to different branches pan-India as and when required.
