Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Administering PF, gratuity, and other benefits according to local laws. - Maintaining accurate compensation records and audit trails. - Assisting in designing and implementing C&B policies and procedures. - Monitoring internal equity and supporting job evaluations. - Ensuring timely execution of compensation fitments for new hires and internal movements. - Preparing compensation benchmarking reports and identifying gaps. - Tracking workforce cost trends and supporting budgeting exercises. - Managing employee benefits programs and suggesting enhancements. - Promoting awareness and understanding of benefits offerings. - Collaborating with external consultants and vendors for C&B projects. - Coordinating with HR teams to align C&B with broader HR initiatives. In addition to the key responsibilities, the preferred skills and knowledge for this role include: - Strong understanding of compensation structures and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
