Job Description

As the ideal candidate for the role, you will act as the backbone of HR compliance and operations, proactively identifying process improvements. **Key Responsibilities & Tasks:** - Ensure 100% compliance with statutory obligations like PF, ESI, TDS, PT, LWF, and other labor laws - File quarterly and annual Income Tax returns accurately and within due dates - Maintain half-yearly Professional Tax workings - Own the compliance tracker and ensure updates are submitted by the 20th of each month - Drive HR automation initiatives on FHR in alignment with internal stakeholders - Maintain accurate SAP entries for all HR transactions and employee changes - Ensure timely addition and deletion of employees in Mediclaim and process reimbursement claims within SLA - Submit dashboards for Headcount, Attrition, Confirmations, and Mediclaim as per defined schedule - Monitor vendor agreements and renewal statuses; ensure updates by the 15th of every month - Manage FHR Helpdesk tickets and ensure SLA adherence - Conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis to evaluate service effectiveness - Support smooth onboarding experience with proper documentation and SAP ID generation - Prepare and review the HR Budget on a monthly basis; ensure alignment with business needs - Support creation of monthly Management and Compliance PPTs - Participate in global reporting for CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and ensure quarterly submissions - Facilitate compliance with internal and global audit requirements - Participate in operational reviews every 1st and 3rd Friday - Provide data support and governance for internal Reward & Recognition and confirmation dashboards - Ensure timely submission of Management reports before the 4th of every month **Behaviours & Approach:** - Process-oriented with high accuracy and discipline - Proactive and hands-on with an ownership mindset - Excellent stakeholder management and follow-through - Ethical, detail-oriented, and compliant in all operations - Team player with the ability to work under tight timelines - Curious, agile, and responsive to automation and system improvements **Work Experience:** - Strong understanding of compliance, income tax, labor laws, and SAP HR modules - Proven experience managing dashboards, MIS, audits, and budgeting - Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions **Education & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related discipline - Masters degree in Human Resources - Strong command over Excel, HR systems, data reporting, and presentation tools,
