Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing HR compliance and operations, with a focus on identifying process improvements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring 100% compliance with statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, TDS, PT, LWF, and other labor laws - Accurately filing quarterly and annual Income Tax returns within due dates - Maintaining half-yearly Professional Tax workings - Owning the compliance tracker and ensuring updates are submitted by the 20th of each month - Driving HR automation initiatives in alignment with internal stakeholders - Maintaining accurate SAP entries for all HR transactions and employee changes - Ensuring timely addition and deletion of employees in Mediclaim and processing reimbursement claims within SLA - Submitting dashboards for Headcount, Attrition, Confirmations, and Mediclaim as per defined schedule - Monitoring vendor agreements and renewal statuses; ensuring updates by the 15th of every month - Maintaining accurate employee documentation and file records - Managing FHR Helpdesk tickets and ensuring SLA adherence - Conducting VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis to evaluate service effectiveness - Supporting smooth onboarding experience with proper documentation and SAP ID generation - Preparing and reviewing the HR Budget on a monthly basis; ensuring alignment with business needs - Supporting the creation of monthly Management and Compliance PPTs - Participating in global reporting for CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and ensuring quarterly submissions - Facilitating compliance with internal and global audit requirements - Participating in operational reviews every 1st and 3rd Friday - Providing data support and governance for internal Reward & Recognition and confirmation dashboards - Ensuring timely submission of Management reports before the 4th of every month You should possess the following behaviors and approach: - Being process-oriented with high accuracy and discipline - Being proactive and hands-on with an ownership mindset - Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management and follow-through - Being ethical, detail-oriented, and compliant in all operations - Being a team player with the ability to work under tight timelines - Being curious, agile, and responsive to automation and system improvements Your work experience should include: - Strong understanding of compliance, income tax, labor laws, and SAP HR modules - Proven experience managing dashboards, MIS, audits, and budgeting - Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions Your education and qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline - Master's degree in Human Resources - Strong command over Excel, HR systems, data reporting, and presentation tools.
