Role Overview

Manager Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Key Responsibilities

• This will be an individual contribution role.
• Lead design and implementation of

  Compensation & Benefits strategy

  for Middle East region.
• Manage annual

  salary reviews, incentives, bonus programs

  , and internal equity assessments.
• Oversee administration of

  employee benefits

  , allowances, and GCC statutory requirements.
• Support expatriate compensation, including mobility, relocation, and allowances.
• Ensure compliance with

  GCC labour laws

  and company policies.
• Provide expert guidance to HR and business leaders on all C&B matters.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain accuracy of C&B data within HRIS systems and support digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in HR or degree in diploma.
• 8–15 years’ relevant experience.
• Oil & Gas / EPC / Energy / Construction / Manufacturing / refinery industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of job grading, benchmarking, allowance structures, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Excel, analytics, and HRIS tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
