Recruiter / Resourcing Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter / Resourcing Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and mobilization activities for our Middle East projects. The ideal candidate must have Oil & Gas / EPC recruitment experience and strong coordination skills for handling candidates, documentation, and mobilization workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical, engineering, and project roles in Oil & Gas.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and schedule management with hiring teams and candidates.
• Support bulk hiring for project/maintenance/shutdown requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
• Coordinate documentation for new hires (CVs, certificates, IDs, compliance documents).
• Assist in mobilization activities: visa processing, medicals, onboarding documents, travel coordination.
• Follow up with agencies, manpower partners, and candidates to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with GCC labour requirements and internal HR policies.
• Support HR, Recruitment Leads, and Project Teams on manpower needs and joining schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Bachelors degree.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in recruitment/resourcing.
• Experience coordinating hiring for overseas market recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical job categories used in recruitment.
• Strong skills in sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals) and candidate screening.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS/HRMS tools, and recruitment tracking systems.
