Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting various Compensation-related activities, managing Employee Benefit Plans, and handling Dashboarding for our client, a global leader in technology. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare budget proposals for salary increments based on internal and external factors, and drive the increment exercise for SIEL-S. - Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and create salary ranges for all job families to ensure competitiveness. - Manage Sales Incentives, analyze data, and collaborate with SOP & Business teams to communicate and implement policy changes. - Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. - Perform calculations for Performance Bonuses based on the Performance Policy, ensuring 100% accuracy and creating templates for senior leadership decisions. - Review the efficacy of employee benefits, recommend changes based on cost simulations, and help administer the benefits. - Develop central forecasting models for HR costs & Headcount Plan for SIEL-S and produce management reporting for various business & functional groups. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role. - MBA from a Tier 1 College preferred.,
