Job Description: Field Operations Executive Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Field Operations Executive to serve as the organization's representative for all field-based activities. This role requires extensive fieldwork and involves managing land-related operations, liaising with government authorities, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of organizational objectives at ground level. Candidates from Assam will be most preferrable for this post Key Responsibilities Land Operations & Surveying Conduct physical site visits to measure and verify land areas for organizational purposes Perform land surveys and prepare accurate site assessment reports Monitor and inspect organizational properties and assets in various locations Coordinate with survey teams and technical personnel as required Legal & Regulatory Coordination Visit and liaise with legal authorities, government offices, and regulatory bodies on behalf of the organization Handle documentation and submissions at revenue offices, municipal corporations, and other government departments Follow up on legal matters, property disputes, and regulatory clearances Represent the organization in meetings with legal and administrative authorities Documentation & Compliance Prepare, verify, and submit official documents required for land transactions, permits, and approvals Maintain comprehensive records of all field activities, site visits, and official correspondence Ensure all documentation complies with legal and organizational standards Coordinate with internal legal and administrative teams for document preparation Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, residents, and key stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and local populations Proactively engage with community leaders, influential persons, and local bodies to prevent disputes Address concerns and grievances of local stakeholders diplomatically Dispute Resolution & Prevention Identify potential areas of conflict or dispute at early stages Work proactively to resolve land disputes, boundary issues, and community concerns Coordinate with legal teams when disputes escalate Implement conflict prevention strategies through effective communication and relationship building Field Administration Execute field-level tasks assigned by management, including site inspections and verification Travel extensively to various locations as per organizational requirements Prepare detailed field reports and updates for management review Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless field operations Required Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Land Management, Business Administration, or related field Additional certification in land surveying, legal documentation, or public relations is an advantage Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field operations, land management, or similar roles Proven track record of dealing with government offices and legal authorities Experience in stakeholder management and community relations Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Thorough understanding of land laws, property documentation, and government procedures Proficiency in preparing official documents and legal correspondence Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach Personal Attributes * Candidates from Assam will be most preferrable for this post* Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions High integrity and ethical standards Diplomatic and tactful in handling sensitive situations Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility Adaptable to changing circumstances and diverse work environments Ability to build trust and credibility with external stakeholders Working Conditions This is primarily a field-based position requiring extensive travel (70-80% of work time) Must be available for visits to remote locations and government offices during working hours Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required based on operational needs Company vehicle and travel allowances will be provided Reporting Structure Reports directly to: Head of Operations What We Offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Travel allowances and field expenses Mobile phone and communication allowances Health insurance and other benefits as per company policy Opportunity to work independently and make significant impact Professional development and growth opportunities Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume along with a cover letter detailing their relevant experience in field operations and stakeholder management. * Candidates from Assam will be most preferrable for this post*
