Key Responsibilities: Manage the CBOs calendar, travel, meetings, and daily workflow. Prepare agendas, decks, property summaries, and briefing materials. Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing and entrepreneurial Real Estate Investment Lead to spearhead commercial office asset sales and land acquisitions for large- scale development. This role requires a strong deal maker mindset, deep understanding of commercial real estate capital markets, and hands-on expertise in JV structuring, partner evaluation, financial modelling, and end-to-end transaction closures. Key Responsibilities Transaction Leadership: Lead end-to-end commercial office and land transactions including. Asset sale transactions: sourcing buyers, valuation support, negotiations, DD coordination, and successful closure Acquisitions: evaluation of land options, feasibility analysis, commercial deal structuring, and execution.
