Commercial Leasing Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate clients, channel partners, and brokers to identify and close leasing opportunities.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective tenants.
• Support the negotiation process and assist in lease documentation and due diligence.
• Maintain updated records of leads, proposals, and transactions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and real estate partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for client engagement and commercial real estate.
