Job Description

You will be focusing on land purchase and divestment of underutilized assets, along with coordinating with the Legal team for land-related legal matters and providing necessary data. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating Corporate Real Estate projects. - Have a thorough understanding of land-related issues and be well-versed with MRTP/MLRC, UDCPR, etc. - Collaborate effectively with the Legal team, provide essential information and data, and coordinate with the Design and Statutory Approval teams to address approval-related issues. - Facilitate coordination with various divisions of the company. The essential qualification for this role is BE Civil/B Arch, along with 2-7 years of work experience in the field. Proficiency in land-related issues is a necessary skill for this position.,
