We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architecture with a strong background in hospital design and a thorough understanding of applicable building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified B.Arch professional with 10+ years of experience, including at least 23 hospital or healthcare projects, and must have prior experience with architectural design firms. Key Responsibilities : * Be part of architectural planning and design of hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects from concept to completion. * Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and project teams to ensure designs meet functional, clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Review and validate architectural drawings, construction documents, BOQs, and working drawings. * Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), UDCPR (Maharashtra), and other relevant statutory norms. * Supervise site planning, space programming, and layout optimization for healthcare facilities. * Conduct design feasibility studies, prepare presentations, and assist in approvals from statutory authorities. * Monitor project progress and address design-related challenges during execution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, MEP, and interior consultants to ensure project integration. Desired Candidate Profile : Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience, with minimum 2–3 hospital/healthcare projects handled independently or as a key team member. Preference : Candidates who have worked with established architectural design firms will be preferred. Strong command over NBC, UDCPR (Maharashtra), DCR norms, and hospital planning guidelines. Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office. Excellent project coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for detail, capable of preparing precise architectural drawings and coordinating across disciplines. Prepare detailed architectural working drawings in accordance with design intent and industry standards. Review and interpret building specifications, architectural plans, and construction documents. Draft basic electrical layouts and beam framing drawings based on design and structural requirements. Ensure all drawings are technically accurate, precise, and well-detailed for execution. Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants to incorporate revisions and resolve any design conflicts. Modify and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle. Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with UDC PR & BPMS guidelines during the execution phase. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide feedback on design implementation. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sanctioning timelines, risks, and delays.
