Job Description

Position - Land Acquisition

Conduct market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
Analyse property values, market trends, and zoning regulations to assess feasibility for development projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and real estate agents to stay informed on available land.
Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure the acquisition of land at favorable terms.
Manage the entire negotiation process, ensuring that all contracts, agreements, and legal documents are completed accurately and on time.
Work with legal teams to review and finalize purchase agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
Assist in the development of the company's long-term land acquisition strategy to support growth and expansion.
Evaluate market conditions and competitor activity to inform acquisition decisions and overall development strategy
