Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential land acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and industry connections.
Conduct thorough due diligence on target properties to assess their suitability for development.
Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners or developers to secure favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and permitting requirements throughout the acquisition process.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in real estate development, land acquisition, or a related field.
Strong understanding of local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations affecting property development.
Proficiency in conducting thorough due diligence investigations on potential investments.
