Job Description: Real Estate Executive / Associate / Consultant Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Experience: Minimum 4 years in real estate, land acquisition, or related field We are seeking a proactive and field-focused Real Estate professional with a strong grasp of the Delhi NCR property market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in land scouting, stakeholder negotiations, and government coordination. This role demands both strategic insight and on-ground execution to drive successful land acquisitions across residential, commercial, industrial, and warehousing segments in Haryana. Key Responsibilities Land Identification & Acquisition: Scout, evaluate, and recommend land parcels suitable for various development purposes across Haryana. Market Intelligence: Monitor real estate trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics to inform acquisition strategy. On-ground Execution: Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favourable deals. Government Liaison: Coordinate with local authorities to ensure legal compliance, secure permits, and facilitate smooth transactions. Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on Haryanas land acquisition laws, zoning regulations, and property documentation norms. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with landowners, brokers, and government officials. Documentation & Due Diligence: Support legal and technical teams in verifying land titles, encumbrances, and regulatory approvals.
