Land Acquisition Specialist

Location:

We are seeking a proactive and field-focused Real Estate professional with a strong grasp of the Delhi NCR property market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in land scouting, stakeholder negotiations, and government coordination. This role demands both strategic insight and on-ground execution to drive successful land acquisitions across residential, commercial, industrial, and warehousing segments in Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

• Land Identification & Acquisition:

  Scout, evaluate, and recommend land parcels suitable for various development purposes across Haryana.

• Market Intelligence:

  Monitor real estate trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics to inform acquisition strategy.

• On-ground Execution:

  Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favourable deals.

• Government Liaison:

  Coordinate with local authorities to ensure legal compliance, secure permits, and facilitate smooth transactions.

• Regulatory Awareness:

  Stay updated on Haryanas land acquisition laws, zoning regulations, and property documentation norms.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong networks with landowners, brokers, and government officials.

• Documentation & Due Diligence:

  Support legal and technical teams in verifying land titles, encumbrances, and regulatory approvals.

Requirement

• Understanding of Haryanas land laws and regulatory framework
• Proven ability to work independently on the ground and close high-value deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Gurgaon and broader Delhi NCR property dynamics
• Ability to travel frequently within Haryana for site visits and stakeholder meetings
