Land Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end deals in a leading Real Estate Developer client. This includes sourcing deals, understanding markets, evaluating potential deals and partners, conducting technical and legal due diligence, and independently concluding transactions for the assigned region. Your role will involve lead identification, feasibility analysis, market research, financial modeling, project evaluation, negotiation with JV partners, legal checks, documentation, and deal finalization. You will independently handle real estate investments and business development activities, ensuring sound investments with high ROI for the company. Your analytical and softer skills will be crucial in handling Joint Venture partners effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed financial analysis for leads using financial modeling templates - Provide estimates on revenue, profitability, investment, and IRR analysis - Generate leads by networking with IPCs, financial institutions, brokers, corporate houses, and other sources - Meet landowners to understand expectations and deal profiles - Compile costing and revenue assumptions, verifying with different teams - Prepare and recommend business case proposals covering pricing, sales velocities, risk assessment, profitability, and investment analysis - Structure deals based on analysis to maximize return for the business - Negotiate with landowners and discuss terms of joint venture Qualifications Required: - Comfortable with travelling - Experience in independently closing transactions Additional Company Details: This demanding role offers unparalleled growth opportunities and exposure to leading multi-million dollar transactions.
