As part of the Seating Customer Services team, you’ll support airlines through every step of their Seating journey—from implementation to post-go-live support. Your key responsibilities: Support Implementations Ensure smooth deployment of Seating features by analyzing configurations, troubleshooting issues during testing, and supporting cutover activities. Manage Post-Implementation Requests Evaluate and implement customer requests, ensuring alignment with their seating policies and our product capabilities. Drive Industrialization Simplify and streamline feature activations, reduce discrepancies, and enhance documentation and deployment processes. Deliver Tailored Services Understand each airline’s unique needs, provide expert recommendations, and implement customized solutions. Promote Professional Services Identify new service opportunities, collaborate with account teams, and showcase the value of our consulting offerings.
