Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Supervisor and Team member with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams and ensuring excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that arise within the team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.
