Job Description

dynamic and strategic KOL Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • 🌍 KOL Sourcing & Onboarding

    Identify and onboard

    Tier 1 Web3 KOLs

    across platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and others.
  • Build a global network of influencers across multiple regions and languages to support client goals.
  • 🤝 Deal Negotiation & Partnership Management

    Lead

    contract negotiations

    and secure high-value deals with influencers and agencies.
  • Ensure fair compensation and build long-term, strategic partnerships with KOLs.
  • 👥 Team Leadership & Campaign Management

    Manage and mentor a team of KOL Managers handling

    talent scouting, relationship management, and campaign execution

    .
  • Oversee

    end-to-end campaign workflows

    to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
  • 📦 Campaign Strategy & Client Proposals

    Develop customized

    KOL plans and proposals

    with clear deliverables, timelines, pricing, and influencer lineups.
  • Align influencer strategies with

    brand objectives

    and client expectations.
  • 📊 Performance Tracking & Optimization

    Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze results, and

    optimize for engagement, reach, and ROI

  • Share clear, data-driven performance reports with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • 🔗 Community Collaboration & Expansion

    Collaborate with

    Web3-native communities, DAOs, and KOL networks

    to unlock new opportunities.
  • Identify

    high-growth regions and niche markets

    for tailored KOL outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    1 year of KOL/influencer marketing

    experience,

    2+ years in Web3

    is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in

    closing Tier 1 influencer partnerships

    with strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience

    managing a remote team

    of KOL managers, marketers, or account leads.
  • Deep understanding of

    Web3 ecosystems

    - L1s, L2s, DeFi, NFTs, etc.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Capable of drafting

    Client/KOL - facing decks, proposals, and campaign roadmaps.

  • Excellent analytical skills to track

    performance and optimize ROI.

  • Work experience in startup is bonus.
