• Design creative, eye-catching visuals for Web3 and crypto-related campaigns
• Create assets for social media, Web3 events, partnerships, announcements, and brand activations
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure design supports messaging goals
• Build compelling visuals for Twitter threads, community posts, and landing pages
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Develop infographics, illustrations, presentation decks, and other promotional materials
• Keep up with current Web3 design trends and adapt accordingly to stay ahead in the space

• 1–3+ years of proven experience in graphic design (agency or freelance)
• Proficient in design tools like

  Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva

  , etc.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and brand storytelling
• Excellent visual composition and layout skills
• Strong communication and follow-up ability with remote team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Prior experience in

  Web3, blockchain, or crypto marketing

• Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and the crypto-native aesthetic
• Experience designing assets for crypto Twitter, Discord, or Telegram
• Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic Web3 environments
