What You’ll Do:

• Research, discover, and curate

  upcoming high-value Web3 events

  (virtual & physical)
• Handle

  end-to-end registration

  , pass applications, and time slot booking for team members and leadership
• Maintain an

  event tracker calendar

  for all upcoming and past events
• Ensure

  co-founders’ availability

  and

  calendar coordination

  for relevant events
• Record details of attended events, outcomes, key contacts, and insights for future use
• Communicate with event organizers, Web3 communities, and platforms for logistics and partnership opportunities
• Identify strategic events that offer

  maximum exposure, networking, and learning

  opportunities for our team
• Help in coordinating internal preparation for panel discussions, speaking engagements, or booths
• Build and maintain a central database of events sorted by relevance, category, and ROI potential

What You’ll Need:

• 1–3 years of experience in

  event coordination

  , executive assistance, or calendar management (Web3/crypto preferred)
• Strong familiarity with Web3 event platforms (ETHGlobal, DevCon, Breakpoint, Consensus, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency with tools like Notion, Google Calendar, and spreadsheets
• A keen interest in

  blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, DeFi

  , and broader Web3 developments
• Ability to identify quality over hype — you should know what events

  actually matter
