Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Curate, organize, and maintain domain knowledge assets across pharma, biotech, and healthcare functions.
Conduct secondary research on regulatory guidance from FDA, EMA, CDSCO, and other agencies.
Document medical terminologies, coding systems (MedDRA, SNOMED CT, ICD, ATC), and domain taxonomies.
Support analytics and product teams with contextual insights during project scoping and validation.
Maintain knowledge repositories, ontologies, and standardized process documentation.
Track evolving industry standards, regulations, and data compliance requirements.
Collaborate with SMEs, technology and business unit heads, and product managers to ensure domain accuracy.
Assist in creating use-case libraries and business glossaries for different therapeutic areas.

Technical Skills Required:

Knowledge of medical terminologies and coding systems (MedDRA, ICD, SNOMED CT) • Understanding of pharma data models and regulatory compliance processes
Strong documentation and research skills
Proficiency with MS Office, Confluence, and knowledge management tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related domain; Master’s preferred.
2–5 years of experience in knowledge management, regulatory analytics, or pharma operations.
Familiarity with clinical research, pharmacovigilance, RWE, or HEOR workflows.
Exposure to data standards like CDISC, IDMP, or HL7 is desirable.
