Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Stewarding Associate to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, An Ecotel Hotel. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Support the chef de cuisine in planning menus and ensuring quality control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Steward or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and hygiene procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
