Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Stewarding Associate to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Assist chefs and other kitchen staff with meal preparation and service.
  • Ensure all food items are stored properly and in a safe manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
