Role Overview: You are a dynamic and motivated Key Relationship Officer joining the sales team of one of Weekday's clients. With 1-2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your role as a Key Relationship Officer is crucial in acquiring new customers, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients via various sales channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - Sales Execution: Actively promote and sell products/services to both new and existing customers, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. - Lead Management: Follow up on leads, track conversions, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools. - Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to tailor sales strategies effectively. - Client Retention: Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance retention and build brand loyalty. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics, and report them regularly to senior management.
