Key Relationship Officer

As a front line officer working in the area of Sales, your role will involve visiting channels and direct partners to source home loan files. You will be responsible for bringing in and logging the files, ensuring they are sent to the credit team for screening. Additionally, you will be required to scan the local market to identify potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include customer acquisition and engagement through a blend of direct interactions and network connections. The role offers an incentive structure based on target achievement, with the possibility of incentivization up to 75% of target achievement. Candidates with a background in selling insurance will also be considered for this role, provided they demonstrate a willingness and intent to pursue sales.
