Key Accounts Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to oversee and grow strategic relationships with diagnostic centres and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly diagnostics, and a proven ability to drive business through relationship management and strategic selling. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key diagnostic centres, labs, and healthcare providers. Identify and onboard new key accounts to expand business reach and market share. Drive revenue growth by promoting services and providing tailored solutions to client needs. Understand client requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate pricing/contracts. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer success, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery. Track and report account performance, revenue targets, and market intelligence. Handle renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Resolve client issues with urgency and maintain high client satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
