COE Plan vs. Execution should be 100% for No. And Value as per Budget. 6. Growth of 20% & above for Existing Customer (ARC/DBP/Hospital/Lab). 7. Timely Submission of MTP/DCR for Self & Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly diagnostics, and a proven ability to drive business through relationship management and strategic selling. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key diagnostic centres, labs, and healthcare providers. Identify and onboard new key accounts to expand business reach and market share. Drive revenue growth by promoting services and providing tailored solutions to client needs. Understand client requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate pricing/contracts. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer success, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery. Track and report account performance, revenue targets, and market intelligence. Handle renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Resolve client issues with urgency and maintain high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic regional sales plans aligned with business goals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Lead and manage a team of TSMs and Sales Executives across multiple locations. Identify new business opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, labs, corporate clients, and channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present region-wise updates to management. Ensure compliance with pricing, credit policies, and regulatory requirements. Drive awareness initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
