1.Appointment and rollout of Distribution partners
2.Achievement of revenue targets with extensive conversion of labs / hospitals / institutes / key Drs in the select markets
3.Develop monthly plans to increase sales revenues by analyzing market, competition and relevant reports
4.Manage Partners to drive the basic distribution parameters such as Channel profit and Channel satisfaction
5.To ensure required distributor manpower is on board, To ensure training to the distributor manpower
6.Rollout of partner portal / rolling advance / HVT app and other best practices as laid out by MHL from Day one of operation
7.Execution of key distribution strategies and plans as laid out for the geography.
8.Cross functional interaction / working for operational efficiencies with all internal / external stakeholders
9.Demonstrate MHL Way of working as per the value norms defined from time to time.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
