Job Purpose: To supervise and coordinate home collection phlebotomy services, ensuring quality sample collection, timely visits, and adherence to safety and operational standards. The role includes team management, route planning, and customer satisfaction monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision: Manage and guide a team of home collection phlebotomists. Assign daily routes and ensure punctual visits. Monitor attendance, grooming, and behavior of field staff.
