Territory Sales Manager - B2B

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at our company, your primary role will be to manage and expand B2B sales within the assigned territory. Your experience in developing business relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, or diagnostic labs will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new B2B clients (corporates, hospitals, clinics, etc.) within the assigned territory. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business. - Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and demos of products or services. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth onboarding and service delivery. - Negotiate contracts and pricing based on company guidelines. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Provide regular sales reports and territory updates to management. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, or diagnostic labs. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
